Angel came to us from the Bloomingdale, N.J. Animal Shelter. She was born in June, 2002. We don't know too much else about her, except that she was found trapped somewhere in the woods along with her brother, and subsequently brought to the shelter. While she was at the shelter, she was known as "Jane" (her brother, who was also adopted shortly thereafter, was named "Tarzan"). We took the liberty of renaming her Angel, mostly due to her very sweet and gentle demeanor, and almost angelic appearance.

Angel has very expressive eyes, almost mournful, big and deep and amber in color. When you are standing over her and she looks up at you, her expression is indescribably cute.

For those who are looking for a cat or any other pet, we recommend checking with a shelter or animal hospital near you before going to a breeder. Also, many pet supply stores (Petco, PetSmart, etc.) host weekend pet adoptions on a regular basis. There might just be a little (or big) fellow just waiting to steal your heart away, much like Angel has stolen ours.
